Laurie W. Engdahl has over 17 years of experience representing public and private employers in all aspects of labor relations and employment law matters. Her experience includes representing public and private employers in court and before administrative agencies with respect to traditional labor, individual employment and employment discrimination matters. Ms. Engdahl has developed and led training programs on a wide variety of topics promoting effective employment practices, including harassment avoidance, discrimination prevention, and managing leaves and absences. Ms. Engdahl also assists managers and human resources personnel in drafting effective employment policies.
