Kevin P. Feeley, Jr.
Kevin Feeley has 18 years of experience representing public employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, as well as general municipal law. Mr. Feeley has handled numerous cases before arbitrators, the Civil Service Commission, the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission and Massachusetts trial and appellate courts. Mr. Feeley has negotiated a significant number of collective bargaining agreements and has represented public retirement boards. Mr. Feeley is a regular speaker for the Massachusetts Municipal Association on G.L. c. 32B, G.L. c. 150E and other related areas. Mr. Feeley has served as an instructor on G.L. c. 32B at the Massachusetts Treasurers and Collectors School for the last 12 years. Mr. Feeley is presently serving his 6th year as an elected Commissioner on the Walpole Housing Authority.
